Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me.
And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness."
Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.
2 Corinthians 12: 8 - 10
I posted this entry to encourage all my students, especially those who may feel a little discouraged with how they are getting on these few days leading to the common test. I am reminded that all we really need is God's Grace to get us through the time of difficulty.
You are never alone if you have Christ in your life.
On a lighter note, I discovered intriguing trivia during my consultation fellowship this evening.
I found out that Ding is actually Philip who looks like Ding. Frankly i cannot tell the difference between two smurfs.
Edward may take up Aikido to fend off oversized Brits with undersized brains who pick on puny Asians.
Ding and Fab traded their school shorts as a sign of their mutual affection, allegedly. I do hope they stop at that.
I also learned that David Chan is a Tae-Kwan-Do exponent who holds a brown-black belt. It seems being black is better than brown where this is concerned.
Wee loong cannot fit in the boot of my car and Gerald and Jin are better at log today than they were yesterday.
