A little light

I wonder what the frogs must feel, shortly before their lives are snubbed out to amuse little children and curious passer-bys. I observed with a touch of irony how the beating of a dying heart and exposed entrails of a crucified frog became thrills to those who claim an interest in life science. Is it really an inevitable end that others must die for us to live?
