Birthday Well-wishers..

My Godsons' family was so nice to treat me to lunch today at Jack's place. The lunch ended with a nice mango cake and everyone sang a rousing birthday song, which was pretty embarassing. But it was really nice to be among family and friends. It feels good to have people do such a nice thing for you.

There are so many other well-wishers too and I am thankful to God for the dunkin donuts, for the chocolates and cards. I suppose it felt really pleasant to be remembered on occasion.

Well it's back to school from tomorrow onwards, with plenty to do before the term ends. I do ask the Lord to improve my motivation, with procrastination creeping in and numerous deadlines to meet. I don't feel at all able to meet all the demands that are coming up, so I really need God's strength and prayers!
