Now I realise that ACSI is full of talented people. I am especially impressed by the year 1 boys who I thought had a high quality voice. I was not sure why Si Yan looked down in embarassment when his fellow choir mate got up to sing.
However I also never realised that cringing is an involuntary response to hair-raising and sorry excuse for dancing. But it was kind of hilarious, and if marks were given for comic relief, our first contestant would have won the competition hands-down.
The teachers were especially impressive. I had the impression that a few may have moonlighted as night-club singers. Wonderful singing and I was truly entertained!
